Return Window: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tags and certificates included.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.
2. 1-Year Limited Warranty
We provide a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.
What is Covered: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and movement malfunctions under normal use.
What is NOT Covered (Wear and Tear):
Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches on the glass, fading or changes in the color/texture of the wood (which is a natural aging process), or scratches on the strap/buckle.
Misuse: Damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, water damage (unless specified as waterproof), or unauthorized repair/modifications.
Consumables: Battery life is not covered under the 1-year warranty.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
